International Yoga Day

Yoga brings balance between body, soul and mind, reflecting the philosophy of QMIS. It helps us to understand the purpose of life and how to survive in a changing environment. Commemorating the same, International Yoga Day was celebrated at QMIS on 21st June to raise awareness about the benefits of Yoga in everyone’s life. A few warmups and simple Asanas were performed by the students, with the guidance of the Yoga Instructor Prakash, enthusiastically and, alongside, the importance of these Asanas was explained.
